To date, ATP has established nearly 1,900 community green spaces nationwide, forming a growing network of locally cared-for green infrastructure. Each site is selected and developed in collaboration with local stakeholders to ensure that planting responds to community needs and environmental conditions.
Community participation is central to ATP's approach. Residents, schools, and local institutions take part in planting and ongoing care, supported by ATP's field teams. This shared responsibility improves tree survival and ensures that each site becomes a long-term community asset.
ATP distributes fruit and nut trees to households in rural and border communities. In 2025, ATP provided 7,673 fruit trees to 905 families in 11 villages in the Syunik, Shirak, and Gegharkunik regions — supporting household nutrition, small-scale income, and the preservation of heritage fruit varieties, including Armenia's endemic apricot.
